Welcome to my new blog! My name is Olivia Weaver, I’m 21, and I’m a writer. I have decided to create a place where I can share my thoughts about anything and everything that interests me. In the spirit of getting started, I would like to share a quote from journalist, writer, and filmmaker Nora Ephron that has always stuck with me: “Everything is copy.” This quote has always reminded me that anything that happens to you, good or bad, can be used as writing material. This sentiment makes bad days more bearable knowing you can turn them into something useful by sharing those experiences with others. It’s what pushes me to continue writing. I’m setting a goal to post at least once a week. So, stay tuned for updates! 🙂
